  1. Cut 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of red cardstock for base. Fold to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
  2. Stamp snowman using tuxedo black ink on white cardstock.
  3. Color snowman with Copic markers. Use a green, red, orange and brown blending set from whatever colors you have.
  4. Apply brushable glue to uncolored portions of body and sprinkle with semi-transparent glitter. Work in sections so glue doesn't dry before glitter is applied.
  5. Let dry.
  6. Go over letters on sign with Spica pitch black pen to make them much darker and give them a slight glittery look. It doesn't show on the web but it makes a difference in person.
  7. Seal entire snowman with a quick light coat of Super Seal to help keep the glitter on the body from coming off.
  8. Cut out image.
  9. Using image as template to work around, stamp two different size snowflakes on red base using white pigment ink pad.
  10. Let white dry or heat set.
  11. Attach cut out snowman using dimensional foam.
  12. Apply glittering glue (a thick tacky glue would work too) to ball and base of hat. Sprinkle with the carrera marble tinse glitter.
  13. Remove any excess glitter from card and set aside to dry overnight.
